Bricksed is operated by WebGenerator B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 30215649). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email and, if you add them, your studio name and billing details.
Usage data from the app, such as which patterns you insert, so we can improve the library. We never read the content of your client sites.
Why we use it
To provide the service, process payments, answer support requests and, if you opt in, send our monthly newsletter.
Who we share it with
Only processors we need to run Bricksed, such as payment and email providers, under data processing agreements. Our support chat and bug reports run on Gleap, which receives your name and email when you're signed in. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for invoices.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and object to processing. Write to us and we'll act within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking.
Spam protection
Our forms, such as the contact and early-access forms, are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When a form loads, Turnstile checks your browser to tell people from bots. For that check only, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details; no tracking cookies are set. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
